There's no commandment greater than this. "love thy neighbor, as thou loveth thyself". This sentence is the solution to almost all the problems happening in the world.
This article is Christian themed (it's Easter after all), but it's not just for Christians alone.
The Bible says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son.... ".
The keyword here being, Love.
Love, Love, Love. This comes up again, and again, and again.
Love is the center of our life. It is the center of our existence, and also our socialization. When you love someone, you'd probably do almost anything for that person. When you love someone, you won't gossip against them, you won't steal from them, you won't back-stab them, you won't cheat on them, etc.
You won't do anything that will cause them pain. You'll try your possible best to make sure that the person is always happy. That's what love does.
Many of us, today, are very selective as to who we love. We choose to love those that are similar to us; those that are of the same race or belief or background as us. Love should be limitless. Love should be boundless. Love is irrespective of our class, age, religion, etc.
I could go on and on about love, but I believe we all know what love is. The Bible tells us that Jesus died for us, because he loved us. The power of love is the greatest force in the universe. When you love your neighbor, irrespective of who they are, you'd be at peace with them.
Love conquers all. Jesus is love, and as we celebrate Easter, we should remember that love is boundless. Love is life. When there's love, there's fulfillment. Happy Easter.
